So it Begins...

New to the blogosphere. I'm excited to get started. I'm not sure who would ever read my musings about education and mommyhood, but I figured I'd give it a try.

Summer is amazing. Not the weather, or the hot dogs, or even the long sunny days. No, its amazing because I don't have to work and I'm still getting paid. I love all of those people who get so mad at teachers. Its not like they didn't know this when they declared a business major in college, really. No secret here, 180 days. That's it. Amazing how lucky we are :)
